WheatFields Bakery is an iconic Lawrence bakery and cafe, named one of the 8 Wonders of Kansas Cuisine. They hired Ginny Weaver Design in 2020 to maintain their HTML-based website and then in 2023 to provide a complete redesign in WordPress. We delivered a warm and inviting design, along with a user-friendly WordPress admin that streamlines the process of scheduling announcements and menu updates. We also created a new system for selling gift certificates online, using a simple WooCommerce store.
